The last question in my form does not show up in the excel report

    when I download my submissions and export to an excel the last question does not export into the spreadsheet. Link below

    The last question about payment method does not show up either on the individual submission or on the excel spreadsheet. Can you please let me know how to get this info to export onto the excel document

    That is because the field is unchecked in the settings:

    I've fixed this for you by checking the item. Just simply export the submissions again to include the field.
