Can deleted submissions be retrieved?

I'm aware that the dialogue box states otherwise, but is there any means of retrieving files uploaded in submissions?

In this instance, it looks like I accidentally deselected specific submissions right before clicking the 'delete' option, thus turning 'delete selected' to 'delete all'.

Not much room for error!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover deleted submissions. When trying to erase one submission you should have gotten a warning message indicating it cannot be undone:

Also when someone tries to erase all submissions it asks for the account password - to make sure they are not erased by accident. (Once you delete a submission it is also deleted from our servers. It is not possible for them to be recovered).

A workaround might be trying to check the email submissions if they are still available on your email, or if you previously downloaded a pdf/csv submission list.
