Need assistance transferring the forms

I created a form for a client and he needs the form under his own account, I just created the account and now I need a specific form to be transferred over.

The form is being hosted under our hosting server which is also getting transferred, any changes we have to make them there as well or the files can stay intact?

Hello ... I need to transfer this form asap. Is there any support over the phone?

Seems that both blueforms and agoraforms is the same person or a team, so I did not split the thread, but if I am mistaken, do let us know.

Please do note that there is no phone support, but opening several threads on the same subject is not going to get us assigned to your thread sooner, might only result in your account being marked as possible spam and your threads removed.

To also avoid any confusion, I have removed your other thread on the same subject so that we can assist you with everything over this one.

Please do let us know the following to allow us to transfer the forms:

    1. The account username where the forms would need to be transferred

    2. the form(s) that you need to transfer over.

I would also like to mention that the request for the transfer must come from the account owning the form for us to be able to transfer it.

I would also like to mention that this guide might help you:

It is correct, same person, 2 opened threats, not enough repeats to be considered spam, I just wasn’t sure I was sending an email the right way since it seems like you handle it as public threats and I noticed other threats being answered faster, but now I know.
from blueforms I need "How Big Is Your Prostate” (which is the last form added) transferred over to agoraforms . Also I need to know if I need to make any change to the files on my server since I am hosting the actual form myself. Please let me know how long this process will take. Thank you!

No problem :) I just wanted to let you know since I saw sometimes (not you) quite a few threads being opened, and yes, it is true that some threads are replied to faster than others, but it actually depends if we were already replying to you before on the same thread, so that you do not wait the entire turn again, you have more priority next time.

Now in regards to the form - done - I have already moved the form and its submissions to the new account (and thank you for confirming that both accounts are yours - at least currently)

Now, I am not quite sure what you mean by hosting the form by yourself, but nothing is changed for the form itself - so it will still work.

The only way for it to not work is if you have used the custom URL option, which would change the URL to the one with your username, otherwise no matter what is the embedding method, the data will be submitted to the right form.

Please do however check it out by submitting a test to confirm - better safe than sorry - and if there happen to be any issues, we would be happy to assist with the same.

I would only like to mention that the email in your other account is under wrong domain (I might be wrong) - this is the domain: @speattoblue.com I presume that it should be @speaktoblue.com

I would also like to suggest taking a look at the following guide: How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User - a great setup if you wish to be able to help your clients and in the same time have them access the forms and the submissions data - or for you to set their account so that you can edit their forms when needed with their submissions data being their own.
