Hello, Thank you for the response below. I would like to ask are these instructions applicable for complimentary Jot Form users? I ask this because after I click emails notification 1 and notification 2 does not appear. Has the information changed.
So, you would like notification emails to be received on multiple email addresses. The answer is very simple with JotForm. Simply enter email addresses, each followed by a comma and a space. Do not place anything after the last address.
Here is an example:
email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, user3.domain.com
The instructions are the same for all users, Free or paid. "Notification 1" and "Notification 2" that you are seeing in the guide are notifications that were set up previously:
Once you create the notification, you can then edit the recipients to send to multiple addresses.
