Forms are not saving

I've tried to create a form two times now and it previews and appears to be saving but when I go back a few minutes later it's reverted back to the old draft version.  This is the form https://form.jotform.com/53125150874149

My apologies, we had an issue with one of our data centers earlier that was causing a rather large delay in relaying data.  This has since been fixed and your forms should now be available once again.  Updates should be saved and show immediately.

If they still are not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
