I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
I tried creating a New Form and integrated it with Dropbox. I tried submitting the form and I successfully received the submission data on my Dropbox account.
On the screenshot below, I have integrated one of my old forms to Dropbox and made a submission. I was able to receive the submission data on my Dropbox account as well.
Are you still having the same issue? If yes, can you help us by providing more information, please? Like, what form on your account did you integrate with Dropbox and it's not working? Is it working before and it suddenly just stopped working? How did you integrate your forms with Dropbox? Did you change or update anything, like folder names etc... Any additional information will be helpful. We will wait for your response. Thank you.
