OpenCRM integration is not working in the form after moving to forms/data to EU DataCenter

    Hi

    Since I transferred our forms/data to europe our connection with our OpenCRM database which drives a link to a payment page has stopped working.  Can you help us to resolve this? I don't know if its connected but I transferred on Tuesday and we haven't received any payments since so it sounds like it!

    What is the form in question? Which technique are you using to send your submissions data to your OpenCRM database?

    It is all of our forms. I will ask our support team at OpenCRM to contact you with regards the process they are using to integrate.

    Please get back to us with information on how the integration worked in your form. Your form is not connected to Webhook and Send Post is disabled in the form so I think you're using a different way to connect Jotform with OpenCRM.

    If you can delete the current integration, please do so and integrate it again while connecting using our eu.jotform.com domain. I think that will help.

    I think you're doing it through Send Post Method. I see you have this method in other forms. Send Post then redirect to Custom PHP page for the payment. 

    Since you are now into our EU DataCenter, you will have to use our domain eu.jotform.com in your forms as will as to your custom PHP page (if you're using the domain there). If you are using https://www.jotform.com, you should change it to https://eu.jotform.com.
