I am getting the over quota message - AGAIN!!!!!!!!

    I have checked your account IceDragonsOps and it has not exceeded any quota, in fact there are no forms under the account.

    Is it possible that you are  sub-suer for another account reporting the over quota message?

    You can also provide us with a link to a form you can access so we can check.

    Thank you for the additional info.

    I checked the account linked to the form and it is IceDragons which is a free account, you have currently exceeded the free 12 payments quota for free accounts hence messages.

    The other account IceDragonsOps is on he Bronze subscription, please let us know if you want to move the forms to this paid account or the upgrade was done on the wrong account.

     

    If the upgrade was on the wrong account, we can do a refund then you can pay for the correct one.

    All the accounts should be linked. Icedragonsops, icedragonsexec and icedragons. How can these be linked again?

    Hi,

    To solve this problem, we can move that form to one of your paid accounts, then you can simply share that form with your other accounts, so all of your accounts will be connected again.

    Please move the all forms on icedragons to icedragonsops please. I'm not sure how to link the accounts.
