Not receiving email notifications

    My Email notifications are going to my default email for my account not the email address I'm setting up in the notifier page. Any Email I enter in notifier does not work the notification just goes to my default every time.

    Are trying to test the email alerts using "Test Email" button? If so please note that this will always send the email notification to the email address associated with the one on your JotForm profile. 

    Inside of this guide you can find How to properly Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address.

    If you still have difficulties to send Notification to email address that is different that your account email address, please provide us ID of the form you are working on so that we can inspect your Notification settings.
