How to view submissions of a form of another account?Asked by iangreen on November 17, 2015 at 01:00 AM
My colleague created a jot form for me and I wish to see the submissions and analyze the excel results.
Can I also add the form to My forms retrospectively
How do I go about doing this?
Upon checking the form #53197593428972, I found that it is associated with account "manea.sc".
Do you have access to this account? If yes, then the following guide should help you how to check submissions received in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
If you do not have access to the above account, then you will have to ask the "manea.sc" user to add you as a sub user account with appropriate permissions. Then you will be able to view the submissions. You may like to check the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Hope this helps.
