When I checked your conditions, they did look to be setup correctly, however, when I checked for any conditions associated with the "Horario" field, there weren't any active:
I had to recreate the condition for it to work properly:
Once I recreated the condition, it then worked properly:
No matter how many times I tried to edit your condition, it would not update to the proper fields. Try deleting and recreating your condition and it should work.
