How do I know when the 100 monthly submissions starts over?

The monthly reset occurs on the 1st day of each month for all users.  The next reset will be December 1st.  If you need a bit more submissions than the 100 allowed, there are several Get More tasks that can be done from your account settings to permanently increase your limits:
