My PDF Form was successfully imported to JotForm, and I rfeceived an email about it, but I don't see it in my JOTFORM account. What is the next step?
Once the form is imported, it should automatically show in your JotForm account. If it does not, there may have been an issue with the import. Our admin tool to check imports does not seem to be working any longer so I am unable to check the status.
My only recommendation at this time would be to attempt to import the form once again. If it still does not come through with the second attempt, let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.

p.s. When I log to my account, I don't see any new or imported forms..
p.s.s. Could it be in the uploaded zone? If so, let me know how to access... I see the zone in my account info, but don't know where to assess it...
You are correct, there are many copies of your PDF if your other account:
You imported the forms to username "jlesongeur" email address "firstname.lastname@example.org". You will find several copies of your imported PDF's in that account.
Amazing... I just realized that there are 2 accounts with the same email...
I reseted the password for the 1st one, and I did get to see the same thing as you do! GREAT!
I should be able to manage the rest...
If you would like, we can move the forms to your main account. This would be easier than having to fiddle with two accounts.
