I am Unable to download resources from submitted forms. I am getting a forbidden error when attempting to download resources.
Any help appreciated

I've encountered this same issue. My quick testing shows that if the uploaded file has a space character or a comma, the download link in the notification emails will not work.
You download all the files (even ones that generate error) by logging in to Jotform > select your form > submissions > click the "Download all Uploads" button (seen in your attached image)
I've submitted a separate ticket as well. This is a bug in Jotform.

We are having the same issue with some images (resources) even when logged into JotForm. This is a problem that seems to have started today.
