    I have a Problem in email download link

    when I try to download a picture from a link in a mail I get the following error

    I've encountered this same issue.  My quick testing shows that if the uploaded file has a space character or a comma, the download link in the notification emails will not work.

    You can successfully download the files by logging in to Jotform, but that's not what I need for my form process.

    I've submitted a separate ticket as well.
