Form Unavailable

    Why is my "HI Baby Photography ..." form unavailable to access? It is not in bold and when I have had clients try to use it they can not access it.

    I think you have accidentally disabled the form. Here's how you can enable it back: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Change-the-Status-of-Forms.
