When someone fills in the offline pdf fillable form and they hit submit will this automatically send it when they have internet access?

If people fill in the pdf fillable form in when they have internet access will they then have to reopen that document when they have internet access to send it?  Or can they just hit submit (when they are offline and it will send for them when they are online?

No, the fillable PDF will only send the data when the user submit the pdf with internet access. If the user fills up the form offline it will not send the data once the user has internet access. The user need to reopen or need to submit the fillable pdf once he/she has access to the internet.
