How to pass values from one field to other?

I'm trying to duplicated part of the form based up the input at the start of the form, but its not duplicating for some reason.

If I understood you correctly you want to pass value from field Name to field Buyer's Name if Buyer option is selected.

I have inspected condition that you have set and currently numeric values are passed. You need to set name field inside of your condition to return text values instead of numeric values. You can achieve that by clicking on 0-9 inside of your conditional settings. 

After that your condition will look like this.
