My form has a gift registry which isn't working today, I've tried removing it and reinstalling a new registry and it still does the same thing.. can you take a look for me and resolve this issue?

Jules, when I checked your form, I replicated the same infinite loading problem with the widget. Now, I'm going to raise this thread as a bug, so our widget team will be looking for solution of that issue.
However, when I cloned your form, it is working correctly without any loading problem. You can try to clone your form for a temporary fix while the fixing process is continuing on the background.
