Receive an error message when a chaperone tries to register on form a second time with a second group.

    I receive an error message. "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submission are disabled for this form."

    I have checked you form and it appears the loose check is enabled this limits submissions from an IP to one hence the error message being received Kindly disable this option to allow the chaperon to submit multiple entries from their machine.
