I just received 2 orders with payments that were completed but the orders form are completely blank with no required fields filled in. These is an order forms have been used for several years and over the past few days successfully. How do I find out the details if there are none showing? The submission is showing from "noreply@jotform.com instead of the person who submitted the order form and their email address. I have not changed anything on the original forms that have been working.

Are you going to get me the missing information? I need to know what these 3 orders were for and their details. Certainly JotForm has this information in their data base?

@k2mktg
We are very sorry for the delayed response but unfortunately, we were unable to recover the lost form fields except the payment field's data.
This data including the products that were selected by your customer. You can find them via your form's submissions page.
Last week, we sent out emails to the owner of affected submissions asking them to kindly fill out the form using their submission's edit link.
Sadly, this is the only solution for this issue and for that, we are terribly sorry.
Kindest regards
