I've set up my forms to receive an email when customer's register however sometimes I receive the email and sometimes I don't. What could cause this?

The email is not in the bounce list. I can see on the mail logs that there is an email notification that failed to be sent.

I did a test submission and did not complete the payment. I just hit the submit button and it directs me to Paypal. In that case, you'll not receive an email notification because of this settings in the Paypal properties.
It is set to "NO" where in if the payment is not completed, you'll not be notified.
I would recommend you using lowercase letters only in the email recipient. Instead of Coacfirstname.lastname@example.org, please use email@example.com.
You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses. If the issue is still the same, then I would suggest you to try another email address. It is possible that AOL is blocking JotForm incoming emails.
