Reports of Not Seeing the "Thank you for Submission"

Over this past weekend through today there has been a slight issue with our submissions from some outside people.  Typically the response back that they receive after they complete a submission says something about how their submission has been accepted. Some are getting a blank screen when they click “submit” so they are thinking that it hasn’t been submitted properly.

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have cloned your forms and was not able to reproduce the issue. If you are still experiencing the problem, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
