If the captcha is not loading in your website, it's possible that there's a script conflict happening at the back end. Have you tried embedding using the iFrame embed code? You can get that code by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

Do let us know if using the iframe would resolve the problem. If that does not work, perhaps you can setup a test page where the form is embedded so that we can better check what is the problem. I'm viewing the other form you have that has the captcha, and it is loading properly when viewed using the direct link.
