Why was my account downgraded due to a failed charge if my paypal account shows no attempts?

    I had received emails from supposibly from pay pal stating a charge was attempted and card failed however I checked PayPal and saw no attempts nor did I I see any notations I'm our jot form account profile. Can you advise me is this a appropriate

    I see that you are wondering what happened to your subscription and why your account was downgraded even though your paypal account is showing no attempts.

    Upon investigation of your above issue I found that the failed subscription is for another account of yours called "spiritedcreations" and our end shows that this account did get downgraded due to a failed attempt for charging your account.

    Unfortunately, I can't see the exact reason why other than it obviously failed so you may want to check with paypal and your bank about that part. Our system attempted it on the 24th then again on the 27th and you were then downgraded as of today because it cancelled out due to non-payment.

    To fix it all you have to do is re-subscribe.

    Also, be sure you are logged into the correct account to ensure that the same account is upgraded properly again.
