Notification email marked as spam

    Our email notifications are getting blocked by the company firewall as spam -- is there a way for you use a static email address so they could be marked as a valid email address?

    It is really becoming a major issue for our team.

    I have checked our email log and all submissions were sent successfully. If emails are going to spam folder mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder anymore.

    To avoid it happening in future I would suggest you to contact your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
