I just received an email from a potential applicant indicating he is having difficulties with the jot form application. He indicated he tried loading the application from several different devices on several internet servers and regardless of what I try, the page does not load or says that the webpage is unavailable.
I've again checked the link and it seems to be working fine. Do you have any idea what potential problems users might encounter on their end?

My apologies, we did have a short outage earlier that may have caused the user to be unable to load the form. This should now be fixed and as you have seen, they should now be able to load the form once again.
If you get any further reports of being unable to load your form, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
