Form fields are not showing up in the form view

 I wanted to change my forms, but questions don't appear.

How should I do ?

Which questions don't appear? Do you want to change radio button field or text area field?

If you want to change radio button field select that field, click on Preferences and then select Edit Properties option. Also at the top there are different options for selected field where you can make changes.

Same goes for Text Area field.

The last two questions (a text box and a check box) does not appear on the form, yet I have created.

(Yes, excuse me, I didn't surround the right questions, i'm tired ^^)

The last to questions do on appear on your form because they are hidden with conditions.

If conditional fields are selected, the last two questions (a text box and a check box) will be shown. 

If you want that the last two questions are always shown on your form regardless which options are selected in you check box field,  you need to delete mentioned conditions form you form.

It's strange because i don't understand why they are hidden with conditions.

It was new questions, and i never do anything for that.
