    Lightbox not showing content on my website

    Hi there,

    So I use jotform for more than just forms. I use it to showcase my videos. I have a vimeo account and use the widget in the jotform, form. Then I embed it with the lightbox feature. Well, when I click on my thumbnails, the lightbox comes up. But the content doesn't appear. I don't see the video. When I go to edit the form, it's there. The videos are playing and everything.

    If I have to use another option besides jotform to show my videos, I will. But I wanted to see if I couldn't work this out first.

    If it works for you, please let me know. It may just be my computer or something. But if you have the same problem, then yes, let me know. And if you have any advice on how I can fix this, please let me know.

    I have inspected your website and lightbox forms with video that are embedded on your website are working on my end. I have tested in Goggle Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I have tested on tow of my computers. 

     

    So it is probably issue with you computer or maybe with your browser. Please try with different browser or computer. You can also try in Incognito Mode

    Oh that's so great. I'll try another browser. Or try and see if I need updating. I use mozilla. So I'll try updating my browser. Thank you for testing it.  And I'll be sure to try the incognito mode too.

    You're welcome. I've also tested your website from my end and see that the videos are displayed properly on a light box. If the issue still persists, you may also try replicating the issue on a separate system as well.

    My browser is up to date. And I tried viewing it in another browser. I even tried going on my phone. It doesn't want to play on my phone. But it does show up. I really think it's my computer. But I'm just happy to know it's working for someone.

    I was also able to see the player and the video with my trusty FireFox on Windows 7:

    My suggestion would be to check if you have updated any security software on your PC or if you have some plugin in all of the browsers you have tried that did not allow you to view the clip.

    I presume that you had already checked if you can see the videos on Vimeo directly, which makes me believe that there might be something else blocking the Vimeo when it is called as is it.

    You can also make a test if you can see the videos properly on your website (directly on your website, not through a form) as well as if it works when you check out the form directly.

    I can watch the videos on vimeo, no problem. So I wonder if it is a plugin problem somewhere. I'll keep messing with it until I can figure something out.

    The second block is not showing up any video because your Vimeo URL doesn't exist (https://vimeo.com/101148240). 

    Please check and fix the URL.
