Verification in a Text field

I am making a form. This is a typical registration form but I need a text field with a proper answer in it. I will give a special code to the users via e-mail before and they have to feel it to this form field to send the form and register on Joomla site. Do you know any possibility?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if I understand it correctly. Do you want to verify users before they can submit their entry through email or phone? You may consider using the following verification widgets:

Please note that this widget will send users a random key and you can't set this in the configuration. The codes are auto generated by the widget(s).

If this is for a membership in your Joomla website, unfortunately, it's not possible. I mean, there is no way you can integrate our form to Joomla for membership verification. But I think you can automatically do this inside Joomla. You can just active this module inside the admin dashboard.

No sorry, I was not clear enough. I would like to give the possibility for a closed group to registrate. It was my idea to give them a code which they can input to this text field.

If the link or code is wrong, i.e. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42813653904961?code=122&conf=13.66 the end user will get the page warning message.
