Cloned and modified a JotForm but the email confirmation has the original questions

To Whom It May Concern,

I cloned and modified a JotForm but the email confirmation has the original questions.  I tested this three times and also disabled the original but the cloned form still sends out the original email questions.

My original form is called Credit Card Donation Form and is at https://form.jotform.me/52532210384446.

My cloned and modified form is called Post Dinner Credit Card Donation Form and is at https://form.jotform.com/53400423490142.

You will need to change the static text in your email notification templates to match that of the cloned form.
