Form will not submit (Error at bottom says all fields are not completed) even though all fields are completed

    The form is simple and short. When all fields are completed it will not submit any longer - error message displays for less than 1/2 second below the Submit button. Please HELP!

    I see that there is a configurable list widget added to your JotForm with 2 required fields in it. I've tried submitting the form without adding any additional contacts in this widget and able to replicate the issue. If atleast one contact is added in the widget, the form is submitting without any issue. Please try removing the required option for these fields in the Cofigurable list widget and the form should be submitting fine even no additional contacts are added.
