Form limits and message

Hi I have set a submission limit on a form and set up a message to be shown. I've not reached the limit and the form is shown as disabled in jot form. However, when I use the link to the form, it still works and no message stating that the form is disabled can be seen. The link was previously sent our to interested parties, so how will they know that we have reached maximum submissions?

I have instead had to hide the payment option to prevent people completing the form. Can you assist?

    Thanks

    Victoria

    Hello Victoria,

I did check your form and found that you have set the "Submission Limit" as 173  but you have only received 171 submissions.

I am glad to know that it is working fine now.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    Hi there

I am now having a similar issue on another form. I have disabled the form, but no message appears, only a blank space. I have tried then to set an expiration date on the form, but again the message set doesn't display.

    Hello ToeToe,

I did check your last edited forms and it seems to display the "Warning Message". Please check the screenshot below:

Please let me now with which form you are having this issue with and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
