    Website forms are not going to specific email addresses, I need help.

    I have submitted this before with a different account.  It's happening with this account.  Here is the issue:

    I've seen this before on Jotform.  My username is: realmccoy

    Emails to the client are not working, when the forms are submitted to me:  greg@mandilewebdesign (mine) works no problem, i get every submission.

    They use register.com and so did my other client.

    any of the emails that end in: @therealmccoytruepilates.com never get received.  I had this issue with another account on Jotform and they said there was a block or something and it was fixed on your end.  Can you tell me what the issue is and how to fix it?

    Their email provider is register.  They called and they said nothing on their end.  Can you please help me?  Thanks.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your email address info@therealmccoytruepilates.com and it is not in our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    I would suggest you to please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. If the emails are not in your spam folder, please speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails.     Alternatively, you can use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add custom sender email in your account and set it as "Sender Email" of your form's notification email alert. The following guides should help you:
