    AUTHORIZE.NET does not log items in jotform

    Is anyone else having problems with authorize.net?

    I have set up a form where it is supposed to upload images to jotform -- the charges go through my credit card is charged -- but the images are not uploaded -- nor is anything registered in jotform.

    i have emailed JOTFORM support privately but all they constantly say is that the integration test does not work with authorize.net -- because they are hitting their "test" button and getting an error BUT  how do you explain my credit card getting charged if the integration with authorize.net does not work?

    A jotform developer needs to actually do a test outside of sandbox mode and see if they are getting anything to register in jotform. Someone from jotform needs to set up authorize.net with a real API key an dcreditcard and test to see if it is REALLy working the way it is supposed to.

    please assist. I need to make this work asap.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it does look like there is an issue with file uploads.  Our admin panel shows 20 file uploads but 0 submissions.  Do the emails get sent when the form is submitted or is only the payment captured?  Do you have our app enabled for automatic submission deletion?  Let us know what else you can regarding the setup and we will pass this along to our developers to have a closer look.

    Emails from our system are sent to the person who signs up.

    automatic deletion? I have no idea even how to do that.
    i see you changed it to .01 cents.
