PDF's not working properly

    Our PDF used to provide us with only fields that were filled in, allowing them to be somewhat shorter to print for hard copy purposes. 

    Now, they are printing each field, even if those fields have not been filled in/left blank. 

    Is there a way to change this back?

    Which of your forms are having this issue? I checked one of your submissions for this form: https://form.jotform.com/43144359396967

    And it the Auto Hide Empty Fields options is enabled:

    So, when I get the PDF to print it, only the filled fields showed up:

    Please provide us more details in order to reproduce the issue.
