why am i getting a bandwidth exceeded message when trying to download files?

    You are getting that message because there is a number of times you can download files stored in your account:

    Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views

    Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views.

    I have reset you bandwidth limit counter for the file you specified on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/721692-(which by the way, there is no need to open multiple threads about same concern).

    Please note that this can be done only once per account's lifetime. I would suggest you to save the files in the cloud using any of our File Sharing and Storage apps.
