Filepicker widget: ability to add code tags to the button

Asked by NPPA on December 09, 2015 at 05:28 PM
Filepicker seems to have some really great options that can be added to their buttons and capability.

Is there any way that you can add a capability where filepicker parameters can be added to the button not through a wizard but through code tag the user adds themselves? I am looking to utilize jotform for its awesome ness but then also use file picker because it has the capability i need. -- I need images to be uploaded to s3 but they I also need the images converted from comic to RGB on the fly -- something that file picker allows for.

I look forward to hearing back.

Can you please let us know a little more on what kind of parameters you are looking to be able to add? If you let us know a little more about which parameters or Filepicker capabilities our widget is lacking, we can forward it to our developers as a feature request.I don't believe we'll be supporting adding custom parameters manually if you meant about adding them as JavaScript code, because of possible security implications.

I would also like to point out that we do currently support Filepicker uploads to S3:

When it comes to image manipulations in our Filepicker widget, we currently also support image resizing, cropping and compressing - which are performed on the client side, in the device of your users that are uploading images.

Could you please let us know which of the supported Filepicker's functions you would like us to add, and we will be happy to forward your concern to our developers for consideration.

    Thank you.
