The only way I am finding to fix them is to completely delete the autoresponder email and all associated conditions, then re-create, inputting the same terms. Then they work.
I do not have time to rebuild this entire form. I am supposed to roll it out on Friday morning. Everything worked perfectly this morning, between 9:30 and 10:30 am EST. I tested it several times. After I added the Configurable List widget (which I later deleted), somehow my conditions or autoresponders got messed up. I just need to restore to a version from this morning.

I cloned your form and did a test submission and seems that the conditional email is sending properly. Can you try to test again your form? If the issue still persists, can you try to clone your form and see if it will work on the cloned form? To clone a form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
