I'm afraid that we don't have such an option available, Ashley. However, if you were collecting month an year on a non-required field, we could use custom CSS to simply hide the input field that we wish to remain empty.
That solution wouldn't work on required date fields, such as the Graduation Date field in your screenshot above, because the validation on required fields would still detect that the day hasn't been filled yet.
What we could do instead, would be to use two separate required fields, such as "Year of your Graduation", and "Month of your Graduation". You can use Drop Down fields for this, and use the Special option to pre-set one Drop Down field for Months, and the other for Last 100 Years:
