I have been working on a form (53191087712253).
However, I no longer see the form in "my forms". How can I go back to edit this form?

The form (Rent-To-Own Application) you have mentioned is associated with a guest account and it was linked to a different email id. Hence it is not being displayed on your account. Since you have registered using a different email id, the form on the guest account is not moved to your account automatically.
However, I've now moved the form to your account along with the submissions to your account rayngun. You should be now able to see this form in your account and edit normally.
