Not receiving email submissions

    It's not normally been a problem, but for some reason any new submissions since around 7 days, any submissions made on the website contact form aren't being sent to my email address - I've made no changes.  I have now today re inputted the email address for them to send to but it still isn't working.  I thought perhaps due to a large inbox so I deleted all old submissions but again, still doesn't work!


    Any help appreciated.

    That is because your email address was added to our bounce list.

    Based on the reason, it seems that your email service provider is blocking Jotform from sending the emails to your email address. You will have to whitelist us in order to fix it. Here's our complete list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains:

    For email related problems, you can check this first before doing anything in your email address settings:

    Note that I've already removed your email address from the bounce list so you should now receive the form emails again. But the whitelisting part is important to prevent this from happening again.
