It's not normally been a problem, but for some reason any new submissions since around 7 days, any submissions made on the website contact form aren't being sent to my email address - I've made no changes. I have now today re inputted the email address for them to send to but it still isn't working. I thought perhaps due to a large inbox so I deleted all old submissions but again, still doesn't work!
Any help appreciated.

That is because your email address was added to our bounce list.

Reason(s) : smtp;554 Message rejected for policy reasons (188.8.131.52) - Please report any problems to BT via the firstname.lastname@example.org mailbox and include your sending ip address with an example header of your email
Based on the reason, it seems that your email service provider is blocking Jotform from sending the emails to your email address. You will have to whitelist us in order to fix it. Note that I've already removed your email address from the bounce list so you should now receive the form emails again. But the whitelisting part is important to prevent this from happening again.
