How can I block IP's From my Form?

I want to Unrestrict my website from schools, so they see just this instead of my fourm:

"If you are a school teacher, or a school staff member, and would like to sign your class up for darkwaters, please contact Adam: Adam@Darkwaters.xyz. This will make both my and your life easier."

Classes are getting annoying with signups, and its hard for me to keep them all. thanks.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. A workaround would be to embed the form to your website and put the restriction there.
