Issue with Conditional Formating & Copying Fields

I'm trying to do copy 3 form fields if a box is check.  We have a space for nominee name/email/organization the form.  There is also a section for the same info in case the nomination is not a self submitted nomination.  If it is in fact a self submitted application, I'd like for them to be able to click "Same as above" and those three fields to populate on the second spot.  I found this thread http://www.jotform.com/help/286-How-to-Populate-Field-with-a-Value-from-another-Field but I don't seem to have this advanced options box.  The only thing I have is Update/Calculate Fields:

IF information is same as above check box

    STATE is equal to

    VALUE Yes

    DO Copy a field's value

    FROM Full Name Nomiee

    TO Full Name Nominator

This should seemingly work, but I just get a 0 on the form when I check the box.

If I do the same to copy the email from email 1 to email 2, then I only get the numbers I list in the email address not the whole email address.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Sorry for this inconvenience. While verifying your form I notice a couple of things:

    a) Please verify that you have select the correct fields to copy. I notice that the TO field is pointing to the first email field and not the second. When you try copying it will remove the email address enter.

    b) The reason you are getting the number 0 in the fields is because it is trying to just copy digits. Can you please modify the DO field to CALCULATE A FEILD'S VALUE and verify the the field selected contains A-Z instead of 0-9

Please let us know if this help.

Ah ha, finally got it to work.  I couldn't get the name portion to work so hadn't even noticed the error in the email.  Apparently, I had to totally delete and re-add the conditions with the calculate a field's value to get it to work, but I got it!  Thanks so much.
