    Hi,

first of all I want to congratulate you with the great and simple solution! We really like this very much.

However we now tested it in our management app 'showpad', which we use as a content management tool. I've uploaded the html file with your script embedded, en it reads it great, I can fill it in really easy, but when I hit submit, it keeps saying 'please wait'.

Off course the access is via login and password, so it is via https. Is that a problem? Because in the webapp it works great.

Thank you for your continuous support to our form builder, we appreciate it :)

Regarding your concern, may we know if where or what platform the form is embedded? Is it on a website page or web app? Or is it related to a mobile app?

It is possible that the website or webapp is blocking the form's resources which prevents the submission of it. Could you try getting a fresh embed and use the iFrame code instead? You can follow this guide on how to get the iFrame: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Let us know if that works.

    Hi Charlie,

the platform is a mobile app, which has also a web app: it's called showpad.

I've just implemented the form via the Iframe code, and it works like a charm now!

Thank you very much for the great support! Keep up the good work!
