My form is not displaying the same on android and apple devices how to fix?

    I have created my form and then added the embed code to my weebly website.  When I use the form on my android phone it works differently on my apple device.  Do I need different form types for each platform?

    No, the same form should work the same for both, but if you do not mind, could you please give us a screenshot of the issue on both so that we can see what exactly happens and in what manner.

    That will allow us to see what should be changed and how.

    It would also be good if you can tell us the models of each just in case it is something specific to one or few devices.
