I have created a form with 6 topics, using check boxes. Each section has between 5 - 16 items with a total of 68 items. Ultimately, I want someone to select their top 20 items and have the form calculator keep a tally of how many items have been selected and when it hits 20, not allow the person to select anymore. How do I go about this? Thanks!

Hi,
I checked the form and I noticed that you have a calculator already setup. For the calculator to work automatically when the user selects an item on your check-box field, please try to un-check the "Wait for input before including the field in calculation."setting in the form calculation widget.
After that, you can setup a condition where you can disable or show a warning message that the user can select only 20 items. Here is a sample form where I disable the checkbox fields so user can only select 20 items - https://form.jotform.com/53511805618959?. And here is a sample form where I show a warning message to the user- https://www.jotform.com/53511230071944? when user selects more that 20 items.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
