Form is showing captcha when is embedded and the captcha never finish loading

It has worked before, but now it just shows a spinning circle. When users click on it (and get a captcha), write it, and submit, they get a message that they have not filled out the "pay" option, even though they have.

However, the issue is not there when accessing the form with the direct link : 

Could you try using the IFrame embed method please ?
