I can't remove Cabin and Lato from My Form

Form is in the Sidebar.  I tried to use @import but that keeps getting overwritten by the old @import info.  I even went through every font-family line and over wrote it with font-family: 'Raleway', sans-serif !important; and the same thing happened.

Can you please clarify if it was the Font used by the Form was the one you wanted to be updated?

I want to replace Cabin and Lato with Raleway.  I was able to do this on some of the form but not all of it.

The CSS keeps getting overridden.
