why aren't my coupons working?

    I put ALPHA1 in as a coupon code, but when I ran a test it didn't work.

    Hello Imogenius13,

    I did check your form and found that "ALPHA1" coupon code is invalid. You have not set this in your payment question. There are two coupon codes created and there seems to be typo in the copuon codes. Please check the screenshot below:

    If i use the correct coupon code, it seems to work as expected in your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please use the correct coupon code or edit the code as desired. That should solve your problem.
